Video preparation

An accident is a dynamic event. Plans and photographs are static pieces of evidence. A video recording showing the view that a driver or a pedestrian has on the approach to an accident location can assist the Court to appreciate the dynamic nature of an accident scenario which usually lasts only a few seconds.

It is often not possible to show all the features that are present at an accident site by means of photographs alone.  Such difficulties can be overcome by video recording the accident location and its vicinity.
